19th Sunday in Ordinary Time (August 9, 2020)

1 Kings 19.9, 11-13; Rom 9.1-5; Mt 14:22-33

  • Our hearts, like Elijah’s, must be open to receive God, however He appears. We must heed Jesus’ advice to “not be afraid,” but to have great faith. Surely Jesus will reach out His hand and catch us. Let us say with deep faith, “Jesus, I trust in you!”.
